Scope and Consent

You accept this Refund Policy when you sign up for, access, or use our products, services, content, features, technologies or functions offered on our website and all related sites, applications, and services (collectively "Visidon Services"). We may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it.

No Refunds for Intangible Goods

Since all of our products are intangible, irrevocable goods (consulting services and/or managed services), delivered at the time payment is received, refunds cannot be issued. Our clients reserve the right, at any time, to discontinue services. In the event that services are discontinued, any remaining balance on the account will be paid as long as that balance has not been used to satisfy invoiced time or managed services.
